Hello there if your waiting for your ticket to be responded to please be patient we will get to it as soon as possible.

Hours of operation 9am - 5pm Pasific Standard time.

 

If we have not made a response withint 48 hours of you submitting a tickte please feel free to open a new ticket and asking for a response.

Though if all possible please keep it to one ticket so we do not have confusion with duplicate tickets.
