We have just released our latest product Commission Commando. As you can imagine with 1000s of new members there may be some delays for customer support. We have a full crew here and will do our absolute best to make sure all tickets and support is provided in the fastest times possible. We are also providing LIVE SUPPORT for the first time. This is almost unheard of in IM and we are testing this as a new feature for all future launches. The times for Live Customer Support are from 9AM-5PM PST.
